Simona Margutti, PhD is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Simona Margutti, PhD has a diverse educational background in various fields of study. In 1992, they obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Chemistry from the University of Genoa. Simona then went on to pursue their Laurea Doctor in Chemistry from the Università degli Studi di Genova, completing their degree in 2000.
In 2000-2001, Simona served as a Visitor Scientist at the University of Nottingham, focusing on Supramolecular Chemistry. Simona further expanded their knowledge in chemistry by participating in the Undergraduate Visitor Scientist Program at the European Organization for Nuclear Research in Geneve in 1995.
In 2004, Simona Margutti began their doctoral studies at the University of Tübingen, specializing in Medicinal Chemistry. Simona successfully completed their PhD in 2007.
Simona continued to enhance their expertise by pursuing further education in Intellectual Property Law. From 2013 to 2014, they enrolled in an Open University Course on Patentrecht für Ingenieure/-innen und Naturwissenschaftler/-innen at the Institute of Distance Learning - Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology.
