Madalina-Liana Costea has a diverse work experience in various sectors. Madalina-Liana started their career as an Optical Design Engineer at Continental in April 2016, where they worked until July 2017. In December 2018, they joined the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) as an Intern, where they primarily worked on dosimetry audits and the commissioning process of a linear accelerator. Madalina-Liana also conducted a Master's study on simulating errors in a dose calculation algorithm. After their internship, they joined Centre Léon Bérard in March 2020 as a Researcher PhD student. Here, they focused on adaptive strategies for head and neck cancer treatment using artificial intelligence, including automatic treatment planning, automatic segmentation, synthetic CT generation, and IGRT tools for adaptive radiation therapy. Currently, they are working as a Clinical Data Analyst at TheraPanacea, starting from March 2023.
