Cynthia Daiboch is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical social work and mental health care. Currently serving as a Mental Health Clinician at Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care since April 2024, Cynthia has previously worked as an Adult Mental Health Clinician at Therapeutic Health Services King County from June 2020 to October 2023, managing a diverse caseload and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to address complex mental health issues. Previous roles include serving as an Emergency Crisis Clinician at Sound Health, providing critical assessments during psychiatric crises, and as Clinician II at Compass Mental Health, focusing on urgent crisis intervention. With foundational experience as a Clinical Case Manager at DESC and program development roles in Alaska over a span of more than two decades, Cynthia possesses robust expertise in mental health and substance abuse treatment. Educationally, Cynthia holds a Master of Social Work from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University.
