Hunter Foote has had a diverse work experience in executive director roles and as a chief financial officer. Hunter began in 2015 as the Executive Director of Vanderburgh Sober Living, where they provided a platform for independent owner/operators to offer structured sober living for individuals recovering from addiction. In 2018, they became the CFO of AeroVenture, overseeing the growth of the team and winning recognition as the best flight school in New England. Foote then transitioned to the role of CFO at Therapeutic Innovations, Inc. in 2023, where they worked on launching a life-saving medical device for premature births in Ghana. Hunter also worked in teaching fellow positions at Harvard University and Hult International Business School, focusing on entrepreneurship and blockchain respectively. Additionally, Foote has experience as an investor in Sustainable Comfort, Inc. and as the Executive Director of Vanderburgh Communities.

Hunter Foote has a diverse education history. They began their higher education at Holyoke Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained an A.A. degree with a focus on Music, Liberal Arts, and Business. They then pursued a B.B.A. degree in real estate, finance, and economics at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst from 2010 to 2011. In the same period, they also pursued a Multidisciplinary Honors degree in Real Estate Development from Commonwealth Honors College. Afterward, Hunter went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management at Harvard University from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are at Salve Regina University working towards a Ph.D. in Humanities, expected to be completed by 2024.
