Tina Romano

Tina Romano, CMA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Tina is currently the owner of STP Bar-N-Grill since November 2018. Prior to this, Tina served as the Vice President of Finance at Therapeutics Inc., where they were responsible for the finance and accounting functions of the company and multiple subsidiary entities. Tina held roles of increasing responsibility at Therapeutics Inc., including Sr. Director of Finance and Director of Finance. Before joining Therapeutics Inc., Tina worked as a Controller at Prometheus Laboratories Inc., where they managed accounting operations, financial reporting, and played a key role in securing private equity financing. Earlier in their career, Tina served as the Controller and Interim CFO at Trega Biosciences, contributing to the company's financial operations and playing a significant role in securing private equity financing and managing ongoing SEC reporting. Tina also gained experience as an Accounting Supervisor at Advanced Tissue Sciences and as an Accountant at Omega Marine.

Tina Romano, CMA, has a strong educational background in accounting. Tina attended the University of Phoenix from 1992 to 1995 and obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in accounting. Prior to that, they studied at Youngstown State University from 1984 to 1986, focusing on accounting, although it is unclear if they completed a degree during this time.

In addition to their formal education, Tina Romano also holds the designation of Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Tina obtained this certification in January 1996 from the institution Certified Management Accountant: CMA®.
