Fernando Lengua

Fernando Lengua is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Infrastructure & Operations at TherapeuticsMD since June 2009, Fernando oversees the monitoring, implementation, and support of various network systems including LAN, WAN, voice, and wireless networks. Prior to this role, Fernando was a Tech Support Supervisor at Century Communication from October 2005 to February 2009, where responsibilities included establishing an in-house tech support call center and improving service levels while reducing costs. Earlier in the career, Fernando worked as a Customer Service Representative at Best Buy, assisting in computer sales and providing support for Spanish-speaking customers. Fernando holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from Universidad de San Buenaventura, earned between 1998 and 2003.
