Aileen Haverty

Aileen Haverty serves as the Chief People Officer at Thérapie Clinic since October 2022. Previously, Aileen held the position of HR Director for Northern Europe and Israel at Exyte from March 2021 to September 2022, and worked as a People, Transformation & Change Consultant (Interim) at Ding.com from February to September 2020. Aileen has significant experience in HR leadership roles, including Global Director of HR - Digital and HR Director - Global Marketing at Entain, Head of Regional HR at Lidl GB, and Regional HR Executive at Lidl Ireland. Aileen's earlier career includes HR leadership positions at Digicel Group, Grafton Group plc, John M Keatings Cafe, Bar & Restaurant, and Coffey Construction. Aileen holds a Master’s degree in Strategy and Innovation from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor of Business Studies with a focus on HR from Waterford Institute of Technology.
