Spencer Hawkswell

Spencer Hawkswell currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of TheraPsil, an organization dedicated to legally facilitating access to psilocybin for Canadians facing severe psychological distress. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Support Manager and Creative Account Manager at Rise Vision, where Spencer focused on customer success, retention, and innovative support solutions. Spencer also worked in financial markets at TD Securities and RBC Capital Markets, gaining skills in asset securitization and fixed income sales. Earlier roles include managing sailing programs at YMCA Camp Queen Elizabeth and coaching at Craigleith Ski Club, where Spencer developed strategic teaching methods and conflict resolution skills.
