Joni Dillon

Joni Dillon has been working as a Clinical Lead Manager at THERAPY 2000 since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Therapy Director at Aveanna Healthcare from January 2012 to December 2021. Before joining Aveanna Healthcare, Joni worked as a Speech Language Pathologist at Pflugerville ISD from June 2005 to June 2013. Joni'searlier experience includes working as a Speech Language Pathologist, Stroke Team Lead at Baylor University Medical Center from May 2004 to July 2005.

Joni Dillon holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist, which they obtained from the University of North Texas in 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication Disorders Sciences and Services from Southwest Texas University (now Texas State University) in 2002. In addition to their academic qualifications, Joni has acquired several certifications, including Dare to Lead™ Trained from Brene Brown, completed in 2022, and John C. Maxwell Leadership Center certification completed in 2021. Joni also possesses certifications in Beckman Oral Motor Training and Vital Stim which do not specify the date of completion or the institutions involved.
