Brian Hathaway has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brian is currently the Software Development Manager at TherapyNotes, LLC since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Software Development Manager from 2022 to 2023, where they led the Lookout software development team and oversaw the development of DDoS and anomaly detection systems. Brian also has experience at SES Satellites, where they held various roles including Software Engineering Director from 2020 to 2022, Senior Software Engineering Manager from 2019 to 2020, and Software Engineering Manager from 2017 to 2019. Brian Hathaway earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of North Florida, where they studied from 1997 to 1999. Brian then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from Villanova University, where they attended from 2003 to 2007.

Additionally, Brian has obtained several certifications. In June 2019, they completed the "Prepare for the PMI ACP Certification" course offered by LinkedIn. In July 2019, they obtained a certification in Mindfulness from LinkedIn. In August 2020, Brian completed a course on "Recruit and Maximize Talent" offered by LinkedIn. Most recently, in February 2022, they obtained a certification in "Cloud & DevOps: Continuous Transformation" from MIT Professional Education.
