Site Reliability Engineer at Therapy Notes

Chris Shriver has worked in a variety of positions since 2013. Chris began their career at Dtown tech as a Tech Support/eBay Sales/On-Site Technician/Tutor. In 2014, they took on multiple roles at Delaware Valley University, including Senior Data Center Administrator, Program Director and Head Coach of Esports, Data Center Administrator, and Support Technician. In 2015, they began working with MCM Entertainment (Trivia/Bingo Events and Disc Jockey Services) as a DJ, running various events/fundraisers. In 2016, they founded and co-hosted The Platformers Podcast and began working with Endevor, LLC as a System Administrator Consultant. In 2018, they founded and hosted Hooray for Anime and began working with IGN Entertainment as a Social Media Coordinator. In 2019, they began working with TherapyNotes, LLC as a System Engineer and in 2021 they began working with Cerner Corporation as a Senior Systems Engineer. In 2022, they returned to TherapyNotes, LLC as a Senior Systems Engineer.

Chris Shriver's educational history includes a High School Degree from Hatboro-Horsham High School, obtained between 2007 and 2011, with a field of study in Music Performance, General. Chris then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Chestnut Hill College between 2011 and 2015. During this time, they also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Delaware Valley College. Additionally, Chris Shriver has obtained five certifications from Dell TechDirect in 2014, including Alienware, Chromebook, Desktops, Dispatch Policies and Procedures, and Notebooks.
