Joshua Cartagenova, MBA has extensive work experience in various industries. Joshua founded Therapy Source, Inc. in 2001 and served as CEO. Therapy Source is a leading provider of special education staffing and services solutions for educational institutions nationwide. Joshua played a key role in the company's growth and recognition as a Fastest Growing Staffing Company.

In 2009, Joshua became the President of Nova Estates, LLC, where they led the company's operations and strategic direction.

Joshua later became a shareholder of PlantEXT Ltd. in 2018, and NuVerda (formerly Garden State Releaf) in 2021. PlantEXT Ltd. and NuVerda are companies focused on sustainable and responsible products in the plant-based industry, including medical marijuana products.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Joshua held positions at Calyx Staffing, Inc., where they served as President from 2018 to 2021, Strata Company as a Marketing Director from 2000 to 2001, V-SPAN as a Senior Channel Marketing Manager from 1998 to 2000, Softmart as an Account Marketing Specialist from 1997 to 1998, and Harmelin Media as a Media Buyer from 1994 to 1997.

Joshua Cartagenova, MBA has a diverse educational background. Joshua obtained their MBA degree in MIS & International Business from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, graduating in the year 2000. Prior to that, they earned a BA degree in Marketing from Hofstra University which they completed in the year 1994. Additionally, in 1993, Joshua pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Macquarie University. Joshua'seducation journey began at Algonquin regional HS where they completed their general studies between 1986 and 1990.

Joshua also holds certifications in addition to their formal education. In April 2014, they obtained the certification of PA Notary from the state of Pennsylvania. In September 1990, they became a Brother through the Chi Phi Fraternity.
