Joe D currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Meda Chair, a position held since January 2020, where responsibilities include promoting a patented and FDA-approved design aimed at enhancing safety during sitting and standing transfers. Alongside this role, Joe D has been a Physical Therapist Assistant at TherapySouth since November 2009, focusing on helping clients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Joe D holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Athletic Training from Ferris State University and an Associate of Science in Physical Therapy from Arapahoe Community College.

TherapySouth was founded in July 2006 by Steve Foster, PT. His vision was that TherapySouth would be a therapist-owned practice, specializing in "hands-on care, close to patients' home or work".
