Pablo Ruiz García has worked in a variety of roles in the past six years. In 2021, they began working as a Sales Operations Analyst for TherapyChat. Prior to that, they worked as a Colaborador for Cadena SER in 2020. In 2019, they were the Director Área de Psicología Deportiva for C.R. Guindalera. Pablo held the same role for Racing Villaverde C.F. in 2018. In the same year, they were the Principal Cofounder & CEO of Train Your Mind. In 2017, they worked as a Psicólogo deportivo for C.B. Las Rozas. Finally, they were a Psicólogo escolar for Colegio la Inmaculada in 2015.

Pablo Ruiz García has a degree in Psychology from the University of Murcia, which they obtained in 2010. In 2017, they completed a Master's degree in Physical Activity and Sports Psychology from the Autonomous University of Madrid, with a focus on health and physical education. In 2020, they began a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at the Camilo José Cela University, which they are currently pursuing.
