Amira Idris Radović is an accomplished entrepreneur and researcher with extensive experience in the fields of bioengineering and entrepreneurship. As the CEO and Founder of TheraV since May 2016, Amira leads the development of innovative technology aimed at optimizing pain treatment outcomes for individuals with nerve pain. Amira serves as a Halcyon Fellow at Halcyon Incubator, providing support to early-stage social entrepreneurs. Prior experience includes research at the University of Delaware Department of Biological Science, focused on the effects of vibration on osteoblastic bone cells, and various roles that included teaching and mentoring in engineering education. Amira holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship & Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
