Parham Kamali

Parham Kamali has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Parham began their career at Xerox Corporation in 1988 as a Technical Program Manager, overseeing a global program. From 2000 to 2007, they worked at Amgen Inc. as the Executive Director of Information Systems, where they established an Enterprise Business Intelligence Competency Center (BICC) and led a large information architecture and process re-engineering program.

Following this, Kamali joined Allergan Pharmaceuticals in 2008 as the Director of Information Services. Parham managed the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, developed a business-centric strategy for Enterprise Business Intelligence (BI), and served as the primary IT liaison to Commercial Sales Operations and Managed Markets organizations.

In 2015, Kamali worked as an independent IT consultant at IT Strategy and Management Consulting, collaborating with C-level IT leaders to identify and execute improvement opportunities across various domains. Parham also provided guidance on skill gaps and corrective team structure for Commercial IT service offerings.

From 2015 to 2016, Kamali served as the Senior Director of Information Technology, Enterprise BI, and Business Analytics at Pfizer (formerly Medivation). During this time, they oversaw enterprise BI and business analytics initiatives.

Currently, Kamali holds the position of Vice President- Enterprise and Commercial Applications at Theravance Biopharma US, Inc. Since 2017, they have provided strategic direction and ensured the health of the company's entire enterprise and commercial applications portfolio, including ERP, CRM, HR, Payroll, Procurement, Quality Management, Regulatory Information Management, and Business Intelligence systems and platforms. Parham also personally managed the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as part of an ERP program.

Parham Kamali has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from UCLA. Parham also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge.
