Louis Lacostte began their professional career in 2004 as a System Analyst at Hewitt Associates. In 2008, they moved to ZeroChaos as a Business Support Analyst. In 2013, they became an IT - Business Analyst at Physicians United Plan, until the company liquidated. Louis then took a contract role as an IT - Business Analyst at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in 2014. In 2015, they joined Therigy as a Sr. Data Analyst.
