Melinda Supple

Melinda Supple is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations since 2005. Currently serving as Corporate Manager of Human Resources at Therm-x in California since September 2019, Melinda has successfully developed and managed all HR functions, including executing comprehensive succession planning and conducting extensive training programs. Previous roles include Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Office Depot, Senior Manager of HR at Good Money, and Senior Manager of Human Resources at Energy Experts International, where Melinda was the sole long-term HR professional in a large, decentralized workforce. Additional experience includes serving as HR Manager at Designing Benefits, Inc., and Clarity Consultants, where Melinda handled policy development, employee training, conflict resolution, and benefits management. Educational background includes a degree in Computer Science from Eastern Washington University.
