Tejas Vaity

Tejas Vaity has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They started their career at the University of Mumbai as a Material Technology & Drawing Instructor, where they were responsible for conducting material tests and supervising material processing. They then moved on to UnitedHealth Group as an Industrial Engineer, focusing on process improvement through data analysis and value stream mapping. Currently, Tejas is the Director of Global Quality Operations at Therm-x, where they have held various roles including Quality Assurance Engineering Manager and Senior Product Quality Engineer. Their expertise lies in quality assurance and engineering, with a strong background in managing and improving processes.

Tejas Vaity completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Mumbai from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial and System Engineering at Colorado State University Pueblo from 2012 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Tejas Vaity also obtained several certifications. In 2010, they received a certification in Pro-E from ECIT. They further enhanced their skills and knowledge with certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Binghamton University in 2017, AS9100D, ISO9001:2015 Internal Auditor from Therm-x in 2018, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 from IPC-Association Connecting Electronics Industries in 2015.

Tejas Vaity has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Prioritizing Your Tasks" and "Supply Chain Basics For Everyone" in June 2020, "Project Management Foundations: Integration" and "Project Management Foundations: Procurement" in May 2020, and "Six Sigma: Black Belt" in May 2020.
