Fritz Troller

Fritz Troller is the CEO and Co-Founder of Therm Solutions, leading the company in sustainable innovation within the built environment and supply chain since 2021. Troller serves as an Advisor for ndustrial, an industrial optimization platform, and was an Advisory Board Member at Photonix Healthcare, a manufacturer of UVC-based air purifiers, from 2020 to 2022. Prior roles include Executive Vice President at Dalkia Energy Solutions from 2016 to 2020 and Groom Energy Solutions from 2005 to 2016, where Troller oversaw energy efficiency projects throughout the US. Troller co-founded Digital Lumens and played a key role in developing Groom LED, which laid the groundwork for Digital Lumens' success. Earlier in the career, Troller held significant positions at Schwarz, Purchasing Center, and Grainger, contributing to various strategic initiatives and funding achievements. Troller holds a BS in Business with a focus on Marketing from Miami University.
