Don Staben

Don Staben is an experienced plumbing and mechanical detailing professional with a robust background in the field. Currently serving as Lead Plumbing Detailer at Therma since January 2024, Staben has previously held significant roles including Plumbing/Mechanical Detailing Manager and Lead VDC Plumbing Detailer at Broadway Mechanical-Contractors, Inc. from June 2022 to December 2023. With a long-standing commitment to the United Association since September 2007, Staben has worked as a Journeyman Pipefitter/Plumber. Prior experience also includes a position as VDC Plumbing Detailer at ACCO Engineered Systems from September 2015 to June 2022, where skills in interpreting 2D construction documents, creating 3D models, and producing detailed spool drawings were developed. Staben's education includes training from UA Local 467 and UA Local 342.
