David Niedbalec

David Niedbalec has a range of experience in various industries. David worked as the Director of Operations at Thermal Care, Inc. from February 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they were the Plant Operations Manager at MJ Celco, Inc. from January 2018 to February 2019. David also served as the General Manager at National Tool & Manufacturing Co. from May 2011 to December 2017. In addition, they had a transitional role as the Plant Manager at MRL Industries in 2013-2014. Before that, they were the Owner of DEN Technologies Inc. from 2006 to 2011 and the Operations Manager at SAS Industrial Machinery from 2001 to 2011.

David Niedbalec completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from DeVry University.
