David Kay

David Kay has had a long and varied career in the financial industry. David began their career in 1986 as a Regional Sales Manager for CitiFinancial, where they were recognized as a top 10-15% performer multiple times. In 1998, they became CEO/CBM Consumer for Citigroup, where they managed and led a large scale consumer lending and financing franchise in Italy. David then went on to become Chief Operating Officer of the CEE Region and CEO Global Consumer Bank for Citigroup. In 2003, they became CEO/Country Business Manager for Citigroup Global Consumer Banking in Poland, leading the de-novo business launch and growing the business from 250 FTE's to over 1400 in three years. In 2008, they became CEO of GE Money Bank, responsible for leading the consumer retail business with 4000 employees, 1.7mm customers and an EBITA of $155mm. In 2012, they became CEO/COO of Protektiv Group, leading a period of substantial growth in several business lines. Most recently, in 2013, they became Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Thermal Imaging Radar, responsible for supervision and control of all strategic and business aspects of the company.

David Kay attended Weber State University from 1982 to 1984, studying Business. David then attended the University of Utah from 1984 to 1986, studying management and marketing.
