David Hamill has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and positions in the manufacturing and automotive industry. David started their career in 1988 as a Warehouse Supervisor at Proliance International, where they worked until 1992. David then moved on to become an Assistant General Manager and later a Senior General Manager at Proliance International until 2009, when the company was sold to Vistapro Automotive.
At Vistapro Automotive, Hamill initially worked as a Product Manager for the HD Product Lines from 2009 to 2012. During this time, they were responsible for catalog data, marketing, ERP/POS system data, as well as assisting with costing, purchasing, vendor relations, and inventory management. In 2012, the HD division of Vistapro Automotive was sold to Thermal Solutions Manufacturing.
At Thermal Solutions Manufacturing, Hamill became the Director of Product Management in 2012. In this role, they took on hands-on management responsibilities for all AM FG Product Lines, including catalog data, purchasing, costing, inventory management, vendor relations, and ERP/POS system data. David also provided assistance with marketing, logistics, pricing, sales, reporting, and IT support.
Through their work experience, Hamill has developed a strong skill set in product management, catalog data management, marketing, ERP/POS system data handling, costing, purchasing, vendor relations, inventory management, and general management.
David Hamill attended Minuteman Technical Institute from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Diploma in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician.
