Matthew Hountz, PE has over 20 years of professional experience in the engineering and construction industries. In 2011, they began working as a Project Manager for ThermalTech Engineering, where they were responsible for client relationships and project development for Engineering and Engineer Led Turnkey (ELT) projects. Matthew also held the role of Mechanical Analysis and Design. In 2013, they began working as a Farmer for Fork Right Farm, LLC., producing heritage breed pork without antibiotics or hormones. From 2004 to 2002, they worked as a Project Engineer and Engineering Co-op for Torrent Engineering & Equipment. From 1994 to 2001, they worked as a Snowmaker for Perfect North Slopes and an Engineering Co-op for Jacobs Engineering.

Matthew Hountz, PE obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati between 2000 and 2004.
