Todor Stoychev

Todor Stoychev currently serves as Group Finance Director at tmax, overseeing the strategic and operational management of Accounting, Controlling, Finance, and Treasury for the tmax Group, which includes production subsidiaries in Germany, the USA, Serbia, and Romania. With a turnover of approximately 80 million euros and a workforce of around 600 employees, Todor Stoychev provides expert guidance to senior leadership, manages rolling planning and budgeting processes, ensures liquidity through treasury management, and optimizes financial operations across the group. Prior to tmax, Todor Stoychev held the position of Finance Manager at Valeo, responsible for financial performance and reporting for Valeo Telematik und Akustik GmbH, and served as Finance Manager at Motherson Group, focusing on financial results for the Meerane plant. Earlier experience includes roles at HQ Capital and Ernst & Young GmbH, specializing in corporate finance and transaction advisory services.
