Eric Moe

Eric Moe currently serves as the Quality Manager at Therma-Stor since February 2024, following a tenure as Quality Assurance Manager at The Vollrath Company from May 2017 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading a quality team, managing audits, addressing customer complaints, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Silgan Containers from June 2010 to May 2017 involved extensive travel to support multiple facilities in achieving operational goals and training staff on various improvement methodologies. Eric's background also includes technical roles at UW-Platteville and Schomburg Refrigeration, along with an Industrial Engineering Co-Op at Mcloone Metal Graphics focused on Lean Manufacturing projects. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
