Janel Day

Janel Day is a seasoned professional in human resources and retail management, currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Therma-stor since May 2021. Prior to this role, Janel held the position of Human Resources Practice Leader at Fine Point Consulting, LLC from November 2019 to October 2020. Janel also contributed to Old Navy as an Assistant General Manager from October 2018 to November 2019, and spent two decades at The Bon Ton Stores Inc. (Boston Store), where Janel advanced to Assistant Store Manager of Human Resources, Operations, and Merchandising. Janel Day earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Retail Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
