Michael O'Donnell

Michael O'Donnell has extensive experience in quality management, currently serving as Manager Quality at Sjoberg Tool & Manufacturing Corporation since May 2018 and as Quality Manager at Therma-stor since September 2013. Previously, O'Donnell held the position of Supplier Quality Manager at Therma Stor LLC from March 2017 to May 2018, where responsibilities included conducting supplier audits, monitoring supply chain KPIs, and managing supplier performance. O'Donnell's career began at Kohler Co. as a Quality Analyst from January 1997 to September 2013, focusing on quality assurance for Kohler Power Systems products. O'Donnell holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lakeland College and an Associate of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lakeshore College.
