Rachel Kugle

Rachel Kugle has a strong background in industrial engineering and process improvement. Rachel began their career as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Borg Indak in 2010. Rachel then moved on to Therma-Stor, where they held various roles including Industrial & Systems Engineer, Production Supervisor/Industrial Engineer, Lean Champion, and Industrial Engineering Manager. Rachel also served as a Value Stream Manager for ResCom and Associate Director for Process Improvement at Therma-Stor. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at Therma-Stor.

Rachel Kugle completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations & Supply Chain Management and Project Management at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they completed between 2005 and 2010. In addition to their degrees, Rachel obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Madison Area Technical College in September 2016.
