Ben Alexander

Ben Alexander has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ben began their professional career as an Assembly Engineering Intern at Innoventor, Inc. in 2009. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Whirlpool Corporation as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for various development projects. Ben then moved on to become a Senior Engineer in Advanced Development for both the Laundry and Refrigeration departments at Whirlpool Corporation from 2015 to 2018. During this time, they collaborated with cross-functional teams and leveraged their expertise to bring innovative solutions to market. In 2018, Ben joined ThermaVant Technologies, LLC as the Lead Thermal Engineer. Ben provided technical leadership and worked with customers to identify improvement opportunities. Later on, they were promoted to the role of Director of Product Development, where they continue to guide development efforts to meet customer expectations. Prior to their professional career, Ben pursued their undergraduate and master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis.

Ben Alexander attended Washington University in St. Louis from 2006 to 2011, where they pursued a combined Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
