Pallavi Rege

Pallavi Rege is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources across various industries. Currently serving as Group Head HR for New Energy and Corporate HR at Thermax Limited since March 2023, Pallavi has held multiple leadership roles, including Group Human Resources Director at BECIS and various HR positions within Thermax Limited from December 2012 to March 2023. Earlier experience includes roles at HDFC Standard Life Insurance and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, along with foundational HR positions at Rishabh Instruments Private Limited and The Plaza Hotel. Pallavi Rege holds a Bachelor of Arts and advanced degrees in Industrial Psychology from the University of Pune.
