Shradha Mehta

Shradha Mehta is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Group HR Head - L&OD at Thermax Limited since March 2022, Shradha Mehta leads initiatives in Leadership Development, Early Talent Development, Cultural Transformation, Organization Design, Change Management, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Prior to this role, Shradha Mehta worked at Carrier India from July 2018 to March 2022 as a National HR Business Partner, focusing on organization design, change management, and cultural transformation in the HVAC sector. Previous experience includes roles at HDFC Bank, Samsung Electronics, and HCL Infosystems, alongside a notable internship at Tata Steel that led to the implementation of safety recommendations for contract laborers. Shradha Mehta holds a PGDPM from the Xavier Institute of Social Service and a BBA from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
