Greg Larson

Quality Assurance Director at Thermo Bond Buildings

Greg Larson has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Greg began their career in 1991 as Fabrication Operations Manager at BOMAG GmbH America-Latina, where they were responsible for all aspects of manufacturing engineering and machine shop/welding production operations. Greg also coordinated lean manufacturing activities and developed and implemented vendor qualification/survey documentation. In 1999, they were appointed Sr. Manufacturing Engineer (Expatriate) at BOMAG GmbH, where they were responsible for component part and weldment process engineering and time studies. Greg achieved a German REFA Time Study Certificate. In 2006, they held the position of Engineering Manager at both Genie Industries and Terex Load King. Greg then moved to Masaba Inc. in 2010, where they held the role of Manager, Quality Assurance, Safety, and Manufacturing Engineering. Here, they developed, implemented, and managed Quality Assurance and Safety procedures, documentation, goals, and metrics. Greg also developed and implemented companywide procedures and documentation for departmental work instructions. In 2016, they became General Manager at Load King, and in 2017 they were Quality Engineering Supervisor at Link Manufacturing. In 2019, they were Quality Assurance Manager at Wilson Trailer Company. Currently, they are Quality Assurance Director at Thermo Bond Buildings, where they provide communication shelters, substation buildings, modular data centers, and turnkey fiber huts from manufacturing facilities in Elk Point, South Dakota and Elkhart, Indiana.

Greg Larson attended the University of North Dakota from 1980 to 1986, earning a BSIT and MSIT, as well as a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Industrial Technology.
