Shane Ryckeart

Shane Ryckeart has over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Shane began their career in 2005 as Plant Manager at GS Plastics. In 2008, they moved to Eaton Leonard Tooling Inc as Plant Manager. In 2009, they took on the role of Toolroom Supervisor / Tooling Engineer at Medtronic, where they actively led an 11 man tool and die shop across 3 shifts and designed gauges and fixtures for spinal implants. In 2011, they became Plant Manager at K2 Plastics. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Bull Moose Industries, first as Quality Manager and then as Production Manager. Since 2018, they have been Plant Manager at Thermo Bond Buildings, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost of their operation facilities in Elkhart, IN, where they make about 100-150 concrete telecommunication shelters annually with 75-100 direct labor employees within the trades of concrete, carpentry, electrical, and integration.

Shane Ryckeart obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University between 1996 and 2000. Shane is currently enrolled in the University of Southern Indiana, where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Project Management, expected to be completed in 2023.
