Steven Tims

Steven Tims is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership within various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Thermo Bond Buildings, LLC since August 2025, Steven oversees operations, manufacturing, IT, supply chain, and project execution, driving continuous improvement and supporting rapid growth in modular building markets. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Viaflex from May 2022 to August 2025, Steven provided comprehensive leadership across multiple operational areas. Steven also held several key positions at Raven Industries from July 2010 to July 2022, including Director of Operations, where oversight was provided for multiple locations, and Director of IT & Corporate Facilities, focused on planning and executing IT functions. Steven began a career in technical services as Manager of Technical Services, managing a team responsible for IT infrastructure. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Augustana University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
