Brett Heberer

Brett Heberer is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience at Thermo King since July 2007, progressing through numerous key roles including Advanced Engineering Capabilities Leader, Chief Engineer, and Sr. Manager of Model Based Controls. Brett has driven significant advancements in model-based design for embedded software, growing a team from 4 to 16 members in two years. As Manager of Control Systems, Brett aligned product releases with enterprise development processes, and as a Systems Engineer, integrated the first EPA Tier IV compliant engine into transport refrigeration units, enhancing product competitiveness. Previous experiences include leading university recruitment efforts at Ingersoll Rand and providing reliability engineering support across various product lines. Brett holds an MBA in Management from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
