Kevin Alber

Kevin Alber is an accomplished Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Manager at Thermo King since July 2019, leading a team in the installation, servicing, and repair of advanced machinery. As the Owner/Partner of Alber Land & Cattle since 2004, Kevin focuses on sustainable agri-business practices for future generations. Prior experience includes serving as Facilities Manager at Spirit AeroSystems, where Kevin directed maintenance and upgrades to equipment for aircraft production, and as an Equipment Maintenance Electrician/Electrical Engineer specializing in automation integration. Kevin's career began as an Electrical Technician at Walker Manufacturing, where responsibilities included the design and maintenance of assembly lines. Kevin holds a Master's Degree in Management from Harvard Extension School and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Operations Management and Business Quality Management from Southwestern College, complemented by a Lean Six Sigma certification and an Associate's Degree in Electrical Technology and Electromechanical Technology.
