Maximino Roldan

Maximino Roldan is an experienced professional with a robust background in lean transformation and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Value Stream Coach and Operational Excellence Manager at Thermo King since October 2018, Roldan leads lean transformation initiatives and coaches line operations leaders to enhance daily management processes. Previously, Roldan held various leadership roles at GE Grid Solutions from July 2002 to October 2018, including Americas Regional Lean Leader and Materials Manager, where responsibilities encompassed deploying lean principles, developing material strategies, and driving profitability growth. Roldan holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, completed in 2002.
