Scott Lee

Scott Lee, CPIM, has extensive experience in materials management and operations planning. Currently serving as the Director of SIOP and Materials Management at Thermo King since June 2023, Scott previously held the position of Global Materials and Inventory Leader at Trane Technologies from January 2018 to September 2023. Before that, Scott worked at Ingersoll Rand for over eight years in various capacities, including Materials Leader, Manager of Operations Planning, and Manager of Supplier Quality & Development. Scott's professional journey began at Ingersoll Rand, where roles included Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and Engineer in the Leadership Development Program. Scott holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
