Thermo King UK
Founded in 1972 as Marshall Fleet Solutions, we were acquired by Trane Technologies, and are now a Thermo King owned dealer. As the UK’s largest independent commercial vehicle service organisation, we continue to keep customers across the distribution industry on the road by providing nationwide sales, installation, service, and parts support. A proud member of the Marshall Group of companies, headquartered in Cambridge UK, Marshall Fleet Solutions started life in 1972 as Marshall Thermo King and soon grew to become the UK’s largest vehicle-mounted refrigeration supply and maintenance companies. The company prides itself on being one of the largest Thermo King Dealers in Europe. The organisation is a true one-stop-shop for all aspects of transport refrigeration supply, installation and repair. We also provide national support for tail lift, moving deck trailer lifts and ancillary products. Approximately 80% of jobs are undertaken at customer premises or roadside, by one of the company’s 150 mobile engineers. In addition to providing 24 hour emergency breakdown cover 365 days per year, routine and scheduled servicing can be booked in to one of our strategically located workshops across the UK. To compliment this, we also offer fleet maintenance contracts tailored to suit specific operator needs, to provide budgetable running costs supported by fleet management and compliance. Both emergency breakdown and scheduled service calls are co-ordinated by our own in house regional and national Customer Service Centres. This is a 24/7 operation, so you will always be able to talk to our staff, who will assist with your enquiry, whatever the time or day. With GPS tracking systems fitted to all vans, our Controllers are instantly able to locate the closest engineer and electronically send details of your job. They will advise you of ETA and update you regularly until the job is completed.
