Augusto Despujos Harfouche has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Augusto began their career at Cemex Venezuela, S.A.C.A as an Electronic Engineer from May 2011 to July 2012. Augusto then moved on to San José Clinic., where they served as the Operations & Engineering Manager from August 2012 to December 2015. In 2018, they worked as a Design Engineer at Xtreme Green Electric Vehicles for a few months before transitioning to Xtreme Manufacturing, LLC as a Project Design Engineer from October 2018 to May 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they joined The Boring Company as an Electrical Engineer, progressing from a regular Electrical Engineer role to an Electrical Engineer II, and finally to a Senior Electrical Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Thermo Systems as a Control Systems Project Engineer I, starting in October 2022.

Augusto Despujos Harfouche attended the Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica 'Antonio José de Sucre' from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2016, they enrolled at the College of Southern Nevada and completed their studies in 2018. Although the specific degree obtained during this time is not provided, their field of study was in Computer & Information Technology, specifically focusing on Information Management and Software Analyst. In addition, in June 2017, they obtained a certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from Prometric.
