Kevin Porter, CEM

Kevin Porter, CEM has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Kevin began their career in 1991 as an Engineer at Iron Mountain Records Management, where they worked until 2000. During this time, they gained valuable experience in engineering and project management. In 2000, Kevin joined Voltec as an Application Engineer, specializing in designing and managing Building Automation System projects in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Due to their successful projects, they were promoted to Account Manager, focusing more on sales. In 2005, Kevin transitioned to Thermo Systems as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for sales in industrial control systems. Kevin achieved impressive sales results of over $125 million and demonstrated expertise in all aspects of the sales cycle. In 2016, they further advanced their career within the company to become an Account Executive and, most recently, as the Senior Business Development Manager. With their extensive sales and technical background, Kevin has proven their ability to effectively manage projects and satisfy both commercial and technical requirements.

Kevin Porter, CEM holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Grove City College. Kevin attended Grove City College from 1985 to 1989 and obtained their Bachelor's degree in that field. Kevin also attended Freeport Area High School from 1982 to 1985. In 2012, they earned the certification of Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
