Russell Dean

Russell Dean is an accomplished professional in the HVAC service industry with extensive experience leading operations and sales. Currently serving as an Account Executive in Direct Sales at THERMO-TROL SYSTEMS, INC., since October 2023, Russell has held key positions including Service Manager at STR Mechanical and TECHNICAL SERVICES HVAC/Foodservice, and Service Operations Manager at Piedmont Service Group and Cox-Powell Corporation. Russell built a strong foundation at Linc Services Mid-Atlantic, LLC, managing the mechanical contracting business and delivering revenue objectives from 1986 to 2011. Starting as a technician and progressing to Branch Manager at Seaboard Mechanical Services, Inc., Russell also shared expertise as a part-time instructor at HVAC Controls School. With an Associate’s Degree in HVAC from Tidewater Community College, Russell has played a vital role in the development and management of HVAC services across various organizations.
