Martha Gómez, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in human resources. Martha'smost recent position is as the Head of Human Resources at Thermogenics, an industry leader in Safe Steam Solutions. Previously, they held the position of Global Vice President, People & Culture at Ocean Insight. Martha has also served as Vice President, Human Resources - US Operations at Mattamy Homes, Regional Director, Human Resources at Meritage Homes, and Director, Human Resources at Newmont Mining Corporation. Martha has also worked at Arrow Electronics, Inc. as an HR Manager and at First Data and Hometown America in management positions. Martha's extensive experience and expertise make their a valuable asset in the field of human resources.

Martha also possesses an MBA in Human Resources Management from Webster University.
