Ross has served as the Chief Executive Officer at Thermogenics, a leading manufacturer of boilers and related equipment. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President & General Manager at EnerCare Inc., where they improved profitability and operational performance within the sub-metering division. Ross also held various executive roles at General Electric, including General Manager of Thermal Power Generation Services and General Manager of Energy Services, where they drove revenue growth and established key relationships. Additionally, Ross was the President & CEO at International Environmental Systems, where they launched new technology in Canada and the US. Ross also held roles at Siemens-Milltronics and Milltronics Ltd, where they led global business re-engineering programs and oversaw the growth of export markets. Overall, Ross has demonstrated strong leadership and a track record of achieving significant results throughout their career.
Ross Garland has a Chartered Director (C. Dir.) certification from The Directors College in 2017. Ross also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (hons) and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Manitoba.
