Tanvi Karambelkar

Tanvi Karambelkar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tanvi started their career as an Administration and Logistics Head at Rank Organics Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., where they handled basic paperwork for GMP. Tanvi then worked as a Business Development Executive at Vodafone India Services Pvt. Ltd. In 2015, they served as a Product Engineer (Research Assistant) at RAID Labs - UTA, where they focused on using RFID technology in logistics and supply chain management.

From 2016 to 2019, Tanvi worked at Volvo Group Trucks Operations in different roles. Tanvi was a Systems Engineer Co-op, followed by a Logistics Engineer and later became a Project Manager. At Volvo, they gained experience in engineering, project management, and logistics.

In 2019, they joined Comprehensive Logistics Co., Inc. as an Advance Quality and Planning Engineer. Currently, they are working at ThermoLift, Inc. as a Manufacturing Project Engineer. Their responsibilities include BOM maintenance, creating instruction manuals, managing parts procurement, and cost-saving initiatives. Tanvi also creates and maintains corrective action reports and design failure mode and effect analysis documents.

Tanvi Karambelkar completed their Master's degree in Systems Engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington during the period of 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mumbai between 2007 and 2012. Additionally, they hold a certification in Train the Trainer from APICS Roanoke, which they obtained in June 2018.
