Bhaskar Sawant

Bhaskar Sawant is an experienced Lead Design Engineer with a focus on heat tracing systems, currently employed at Thermon, Inc. since September 2019. Prior to this role, Bhaskar served as a Senior Designer at Worley from July 2014 to September 2019, and held multiple positions, including Senior Designer and Senior CAD Lead, at Pentair Thermal Management from December 2001 to July 2014. Bhaskar's design expertise encompasses self-regulating and power limiting circuit heating cables, as well as polymer and mineral insulated heating cables. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka State Open University and a Diploma in CAD/CAM Management from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology, among other qualifications.
