Maribel Socorro-Beguerie

Maribel Socorro-Beguerie has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in leadership positions. Maribel began their career at Wood Group in 1999, where they held various roles in benefits and compensation, as well as talent development. In 2013, they joined Siemens as a Director of Human Resources, where they served as a trusted coach and advisor to executive leaders and was responsible for restructuring the sales organization. Maribel'swork at Siemens also involved designing and implementing talent development programs. In 2018, Maribel moved to Thermon, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner for the Western Hemisphere. In this role, they provided strategic leadership for sales, engineering, and operations and led a team of HR professionals. Maribel also worked on enterprise-level strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions.

In 1993, they enrolled at Universidad Dr Rafael Belloso Chacin (URBE) and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Maribel successfully completed their studies in 1998.

Afterward, in 2004, Maribel enrolled again at URBE, this time for a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management. Maribel completed their studies in this field in 2006.

In 2018, Maribel attended the International Leadership Coaching Academy to obtain a Life & Leadership Coach certification.

Additionally, they obtained a ScrumMaster Certification (CSM) from ScrumAlliance in the same year, 2018.

Furthermore, Maribel received their Life & Leadership Coach certification from the International Life & Leadership Coaching Academy in March 2018.
