Mathon Weijers

Mathon Weijers has extensive work experience in sales and business development roles. Mathon currently holds the position of Director, Sales Continent Europe & AGT Countries at Thermon Europe BV since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Manager, Sales Central Europe at the same company from July 2020 to January 2021. From October 2019 to January 2021, they held the role of EMEA Sales Channel Leader at Thermon Europe BV.

Before joining Thermon Europe BV, Mathon worked at Persephone Systems as a Senior Account Manager from January 2001 to January 2003, where they were responsible for brand development and sales of ERP software in the Flower/Plants Export and Import industry.

Mathon also had significant experience at Glasshouse Business Networks BV, where they served as a Sales Manager from February 1999 to February 2001, leading marketing, communication, and sales development efforts. Additionally, they worked as an Account Manager - Fleurmerc (Floramedia) at Mercurius Group from January 1989 to January 1999 and as a Purchaser of artwork and printing materials at Van der Windt Verpakking from October 1986 to January 1989.

Mathon Weijers has a diverse education history. In 1995-1996, they attended ISBW Opleiding & Training, where they obtained a degree in Marketing. In 2012-2014, they enrolled in the Bullet Proof Manager Crestcom and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree.
